All our products are shipped from Spain via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €80/€120, depending on your region. No code is required; free shipping will be applied at checkout.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after placing your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking link via email and can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note that delivery times are estimated.

On all orders over €80 for Spain and Portugal.
On all orders over €120 for the rest of Europe.

CLARMONT only ships on business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
In the event that your package arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please email hello@clarmont-store.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you.
