RETURNS

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. You can request a return by writing to hello@clarmont-store.com.

WHICH ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?

  • Sale items, which are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Items that exceed the 14-day return period.

  • Any item returned used or damaged without prior notice to our customer service team. In these cases, the return will be rejected and the products will be discarded.

RETURN COSTS:

Returns are at the customer's expense, depending on the carrier and the country from which the return is made.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs costs (import taxes or duties) on any exchange. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning your order. Be sure to save your shipping receipt until your return has been processed at our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for packages without proof of shipment or tracking number.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:

If you indicate that you wish to exchange a product when registering your return, we will begin processing it immediately so that the process is completed within a few days.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once received at our warehouse, we process the return within 10 business days. You can track your package with the tracking information provided. From the moment the package arrives at our warehouse, the 10 business day count will begin. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 7 days before the refund is visible in your bank account.
