TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This page (together with the documents referred to herein) contains the Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") for the purchase of products (the "Products") appearing on our website www.clarmont-store.com (the "Website"). Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
Placing an order always implies that the person placing it is accepting said shipping and delivery conditions.
We store the content of all Contracts. The Terms and Conditions are available to you at all times. For more information about your latest Orders, log in by accessing "My Account".
1. COMPANY INFORMATION
Clarmont is a company registered as CLARMONT PARTNERS SL, with tax ID B21651146 and with registered office at Vía Púnica 6, 3A, 07800, Eivissa, Balearic Islands. Registered in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona under ELECTRONIC FOLIO, registration 1, with sheet IB-21832. You can send us your comments or suggestions by email (hello@clarmont-store.com).'
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale to customers of any of the Products appearing on our Website. Placing an Order constitutes a legally binding acceptance of said Terms and Conditions.
2. CUSTOMER AGE
By purchasing on our website, you are ensuring that you are of legal age.
3. APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions apply to any order placed by any person, and by placing the order, said Terms and Conditions are accepted without reservation.
These Terms and Conditions prevail over any document and their modifications will not be binding unless Clarmont so states.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The price of each product will be that stipulated at any time on our website, except in case of obvious error. Although we try to ensure that all prices listed on the page are correct, errors may occur. If we discovered an error in the price of any of the products you have ordered, we will cancel the order and process the refund.
We will not be obligated to supply you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation) if the price error is obvious and unequivocal and could have been reasonably recognized by you as an incorrect price.
The price that appears on the website at the time of purchase will be valid (includes VAT). To complete the purchase process of a product, you must pay the amount in one payment. Payments by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer are accepted.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the data provided is correct and that you have the right to use the card with which payment is made, as well as having sufficient funds.
5. SIZING AND PRODUCTS
Sizing varies depending on our models, although in most cases our customers use their usual size. We recommend always consulting the size guide available for each product.
Currently, our garments are available from size S to 2XL, while footwear is offered in sizes 39 to 43. In the case of footwear, it is the only product with a wider sizing, so we advise choosing one size smaller than usual for a better fit.
Our goal is to expand the size range in the near future to adapt to more customers.

6. DELIVERY
The product will be delivered to the address provided during the purchase process. Orders will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be shipped following the same criteria.
The delivery time for online orders will be between 24-72 business hours. During special sale periods, promotions and special campaigns, online deliveries may experience some delay. Occasional delays in delivery could be due to various reasons, unforeseen circumstances and/or force majeure.
The delivery time for orders outside the Peninsula and Portugal will be between 7-10 business days.
It is possible that when delivering the product, the signature of the person who picks it up is needed, make sure that the product is in perfect condition before signing.
We make shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, as well as international shipments in Europe. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery destination, currently being free for orders over €80 in the peninsula or €120 for the rest of Europe. Customs expenses, in concept of taxes or tariffs, if any, are borne by the buyer.
From the moment delivery occurs, you will assume all risks that the product may suffer. We will not be responsible for what may happen once the order is delivered in perfect condition.
7. WARRANTY
To customers who make their purchases as consumers, Clarmont offers warranties on products sold through the website, for the lack of conformity thereof that manifests itself within a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the product.
Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity that manifests itself in the two (2) years after delivery of the product already existed when it was delivered.
In this regard, if any of the products were not in conformity with the contract, the customer must notify Clarmont through any of the communication means provided.
8. GARMENT CARE
Carefully follow the care instructions you will find on the product label and in its description on the website. We recommend using a wash bag. Please note that red and dark garments should be washed separately. Avoid putting your Clarmont garments in the dryer.

9. MANUFACTURING
We are proud of our production process, respectful of the environment and with decent working conditions. Our products are manufactured in Spanish workshops complying with environmental and labor regulations.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw within a maximum period of 14 days, without having to give any justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Clarmont, Vía Púnica 6, 3A, 07800, Eivissa, Balearic Islands or through email hello@clarmont-store.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement.
We will refund the payments received, using the same method used for the initial payment. We will withhold payment until we have received the product in question.
You must return or deliver the goods without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. Clarmont will bear the return costs for the Iberian Peninsula.
For the return to be effective, you must ensure that the product has not been used, has not been involved in any accident, has not been damaged when attempting to repair it, has not been used contrary to what was established by the seller and has not deteriorated due to wear.
11. PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY
In case of stock shortage or unavailability of any item, we will refund its amount through the payment method used for the purchase and would carry out the completion of the contract if the order does not contain more garments, sending the remaining content after prior communication.
12. LIMITED LIABILITY
As far as possible we will exercise reasonable care. At Clarmont we make the maximum effort so that the content of the Website is error-free, however, we cannot ensure that it is free of errata.
Clarmont is not responsible for: loss or corruption of data, loss of contracts, loss of income, loss of operating time, loss of opportunities and/or business, loss of profits or any indirect loss.
Our liability with any contract will not exceed €200 in any case.
13. DATA PROTECTION

14. FORCE MAJEURE CAUSES
We are not responsible for contract breaches due to force majeure (natural disasters, actions of third parties, wars, fires, droughts, storms, adverse weather conditions, strikes, problems with public service supply, electrical problems, network problems, etc.).
Both parties can terminate the contract, by written notification in case the unfavorable conditions are prolonged over time.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Clarmont owns the intellectual property rights of the Website and the material contained therein. Total or partial use of the materials contained on the Website for commercial purposes is not permitted without express authorization.
The names and logos of Clarmont are registered.
16. GENERAL
We will keep a record of your orders in our database. No clause of these Terms and Conditions will be affected by the possible invalidity of any of them, even if so declared by any Court.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time.
